I'm an Interaction designer focusing on Data Visualization, and Web Development. I've been developing new data-driven products, managing the design process from research, concept development, collecting data, visualization to prototyping user interaction.

 
 
 

Hi, I’m Jiyeon.

I’m a product user experience designer with a passion in information visualization, AI product design and creative coding.

With a decade of digital design experience and 8 years of working on data, API, developer experience based in New York City, I bring my expertises to tranfrom complexity of data into delightful user experiences. Currently, I’m a Staff Product Designer at Twilio, and was previously at NYC-based data science company at Enigma, Salesforce Datorama, SBS MediaNet, MTV Korea and others.

Most recently, I’ve been leading the design of AI assistant experience as well as customer deliverability engine for intelligent monitoring & troubleshooting at Twilio.
